Three Common Types of Plastic Pallets

Grid Chuan-shaped, Lightweight Nine-foot, and Grid Tian-shaped are three commonly used pallets on the market.

Grid Chuan-shaped Plastic Pallet: The bottom of the Chuan-shaped pallet features a Chuan character pattern, making it more stable and less prone to deformation when carrying goods. It is suitable for forklifts, pallet jacks, and other handling equipment, allowing insertion and retrieval from all directions. It is flexible and convenient to operate and can be used in storage and logistics transportation across various industries.

Grid Nine-foot Plastic Pallet: The nine-foot pallet has nine supporting feet at the bottom and is relatively lightweight, making it easy to handle and operate. The nine-foot design at the bottom allows good air circulation above and below the pallet, making it especially suitable for storing ventilated agricultural products. Due to its relatively simple structure, production costs are low, and the price is affordable.

Grid Tian-shaped Plastic Pallet: The bottom of the Tian-shaped pallet features a Tian character pattern, with a relatively sturdy overall structure capable of bearing heavy loads. It is suitable for storing and transporting heavy goods. The four-way forklift entry design makes handling more stable and less likely to tip over. It can be stacked in multiple layers, effectively optimizing storage space.
