How are plastic pallets produced and manufactured?

Plastic pallets are generally produced by injection molding (some are also blow molded). Manufacturers of plastic pallets must have injection molding machines and molds. Since plastic pallets are usually large in size and heavy in weight, large-tonnage injection molding machines are generally required for production, with a clamping force of at least 3000 tons. The estimated cost is also in the millions. The price of plastic pallet molds varies depending on their complexity, generally ranging from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands.
All three types are reliable; these are just different ways the antenna is exposed. The actual signal quality depends specifically on the antenna's shape and design. To give an example, a suit is clothing, sportswear is clothing, and a shirt is clothing. There is no concept of one being more comfortable than the other; each can be comfortable or uncomfortable depending on the design, not the type of clothing. I hope you understand this? The same applies to mobile phone antennas. Nowadays, design tools are commonly used to set the desired reception frequency and approximate shape, generating numerous design options. These are then tested on simulators to identify feasible ones, followed by physical prototype testing, then tested in phones, and finally tested by carriers. The carrier testing phase is very strict and can even determine whether the phone can be released to the market. As for how the antenna is placed in the phone after design—whether by nano injection molding, plastic patching, or micro-slots—this depends on how much the phone manufacturer is willing to spend. This is the key point. The costs of the three methods differ, and the visual effect also varies, but functionally there is no difference. Therefore, mobile phone signal quality nowadays is only categorized as good, better, or excellent. The latter two mainly address special scenarios, such as foreign carriers, high-speed trains, or rarely used frequency bands. In reality, the difference is minimal and not easily noticeable.
